Rectangular Labels - Jungle Animal Faces

Thank you for the labels. However, I’m confused by the different delivery dates, as both were ordered on the same day. Unfortunately, the labels didn’t arrive in time—I had already left the country by the time they were delivered.

I also noticed an error on one of the labels the next morning, but by then they had already been printed. I find it surprising that an order placed late at night was printed and dispatched by 9 AM, with no room for correction. To make matters worse, I received a rude response stating nothing could be done.

The first set didn’t arrive for over a week—even within Mumbai—which is unacceptable.

Given this experience, I can’t see myself recommending your service.
