Once an order is placed on our website you will receive an email with the order details. If for any reason you have not got it in your inbox please check your junk folder. If it is not there as well please email us at email@example.com

Once you place an order the standard shipping time is 5-7 working days, unless it is a non standard or personalized item that you have ordered which may take longer. This will be mentioned on the products page.
All items in your order may reach together or separately depending on the products ordered.
Once an order has been shipped you will receive a AWB number with the tracking details. You can track your order through that. In case you do not receive the tracking details please email us at email@example.com and we will update you on the status of your order.
If for some reason an item you ordered is out of stock we shall cancel the order from our end and refund the money in your bank account. If you have ordered multiple products the rest of the products will reach you within standard shipping time, only the one not available will be cancelled and refunded.
If the payment does not go through from your end although it shows that you have been charged we have to cancel the order and you have to process the order again.
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the return and exchange policy on our website for further details.
There is no minimum value for your order on our website, you can purchase anything we will send it across to you.
We are authorized online distributors for all of the vendors that we feature on our website. We can guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.
Our website currently does not offers this service, however we have tried our best to provide images which are a close representation of the actual product. You can be rest assured that our design team will take utmost care to ensure that your product matches the image you see.

We do not provide for Refunds unless there has been a mistake at our end in terms of the order being damaged or defective. In such a case you will get a refund directly in your bank account. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange policy for further details.
Refund should be reflected in 2 to 3 weeks of time in your account.
