SHIPPING COST

We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

However, in case of a non-standard item that is considered to be fragile, perishable, of high value, large or heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements the above charges may not apply for such products and you may be charged an additional Shipping and Handling Fee at the time of checkout. Please check the product page to see if there are extra shipping charges applicable for your selected product.

Shipping Duration

Once you place an order with us your order should reach you in 5 -7 business days for standard products. Bank holidays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

For personalized or some special made to order products the shipping time may be more and it will be mentioned in the products page. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration also depends on your location. Shipping to metros is faster than to smaller towns and may reach faster.

If there is an order with more than one item the products may be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor.

Although we use reputable shipping companies a force majeure situation may delay the shipping times and we will not be responsible for the same.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages

If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team by contacting us at [email protected]

Damaged Products

If a product reaches you in a damaged or defective condition, please email us at [email protected] within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.

Cancellations

As a policy, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. In certain special circumstances we may be able to accommodate your request. Please get in touch with our customer care team by contacting us at [email protected], Refunds against such cancellations will be given only in the form of Store Credit.

In a rare event that the product you have ordered is not available with the seller, we will cancel the order from our end and refund the amount to you in your bank account.

Please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a strict No exchange No refund policy. However in certain genuine cases for exchange of a non personalized item please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will see what is the best we can do in these special cases. This is totally at our discretion and customer has no right to decide if it’s a genuine case or not.

In the case that we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted if

  • The return or exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product has been made to order or customized.
  • The product has been used, altered or damaged in any manner.
  • The product returned is missing its original fixtures like boxes, invoice, tags, and other accessories.
  • The product has hygiene related issues like underwear, nappy, swimwear.
  • The product is on sale.

Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you in case of an exchange.

However if we have made a mistake form our end for example sent you a wrong size or a wrong variant of a product or the product is damaged or defective we will duly do the exchange or refund for you.
